Program 3:  Summer, Aerobic/Anaerobic Sprint Training Program

July & August - Speed Athletic Camp

  • Open to both male & female athletes
  • Field, hill, track and over speed training at TCC Track 
  • 24 sessions (50 Min each) 
  • Aerobic and anaerobic energy system training
  • (endurance runs and interval sprinting)
  • Heart rate monitoring th rough scientific periodization
  • Morning sessions: - 8:00 AM (Tournament Capital Center Field Track) - July 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26, 28,31 - August 2, 4, 8, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25
  • All explosive sports replicated foot speed, balance, agility and plyometric movements and explosive stride generation
  • Dynamic, static and P.N .F. Flexibility

I have had the opportunity to work with Greg Kozoris for the past 20 years as my personal coach. He has helped me with my performance endurance, which has advanced my professional career as a pro hockey player. In addition, he has enabled me to reach my personal goals of representing my country in the Olympics and other International Stages.

During the time I work with Kozoris, he has stressed the speed, power, and acceleration as the key to any athlete. The programs that I practice under his care are superior to any other systems I have worked with or seen. He personalizes each program to match the individual’s needs and desires because of his wealth of knowledge. He persistently advances his knowledge of the human body and ways to train it, so that he can always stay abreast with the newest ideas and formulas to better clients. I think any athlete who works with Kozoris will show improvements in their performance and ability to achieve their goals.
